We know many of you are concerned about the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus) and how it may impact us here at Carolina SeniorCare. Ensuring participants are cared for in a safe and healthy environment is our first priority. At this time, we do not have any confirmed cases of COVID-19 in our community. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have recommended a variety of steps that we are implementing to help reduce the potential for this virus to enter our community. With heightened awareness and the rapid pace associated with COVID-19, we will continue to give you the latest information available.
We need your assistance in maintaining a healthy environment.
Effective Monday March 16th through Friday March 20th, we will be restricting all day center attendance to only those participants who are deemed medically necessary. This means only participants who have been contacted directly by our staff will be transported to the facility. In addition, no visitors or external providers will be permitted access to the Center. As of now, all external appointments and assessments will continue as scheduled, unless otherwise directed.
Our Center On Call Services (336.746.3500) will still be available to you 24 hours a day. We’ll also continue to use this automated service to provide you any new updates as we move forward.
Carolina SeniorCare is staying up to date with regulatory agency guidelines and CDC recommendations as they continue to change.
