Carolina SeniorCare PACE, a home and community-based services program of United Church Homes and Services (UCHS), announced the newest member of their team, Dr. Cammie Fulp.

Dr. Fulp has an undergraduate degree in Biology from Wake Forest University and Doctor of Medicine from Bowman Gray School of Medicine (now Wake Forest School of Medicine).  She has devoted much of her career to tending the senior population and those with multiple chronic medical issues.  “PACE is a great benefit for those we serve due to the socialization, supportive environment and levels of care,” shared Dr. Fulp. “I am happy to be a part of the team.”

As PACE physician, Dr. Cammie Fulp will be responsible for establishing a comprehensive history and physical on new Carolina SeniorCare participants and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to develop a comprehensive plan of care for each participant.  She will integrate the primary care treatment plan into the overall plan of care developed by the interdisciplinary team and meet emergent and acute needs of participants, evaluate and treat acute illnesses, and oversee inpatient care.

"We are delighted to have Dr. Fulp on the PACE team," shared Thomas Chang, Executive Director, Carolina SeniorCare.  "Her experience with the senior population will be an asset for our program and the well-being of our participants at Carolina SeniorCare."

PACE is a comprehensive health care program for seniors who have health concerns and wish to remain in their home while receiving needed medical and supportive services.
